Leadership
Brad Sterner
Co-Founder | Spiritual Director
Brad is a Co-Founder and Spiritual Director of Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center.
For most of his life, he was a committed atheist and materialist. That changed in the summer of 2017 when, through deep personal suffering, he underwent a spontaneous Kundalini awakening followed by six weeks in a state of samadhi. In that experience, the boundary between self and world dissolved completely, and what remained was a direct, unambiguous recognition: that God is, and that all of existence is an expression of that singular, eternal reality.
That experience is the foundation Inekawa was built on.
Brad has sat in ceremony with the Huni Kuin, Yawanawá, and Shipibo peoples, and has been shaped by the wisdom of those traditions. Inekawa draws from that depth while remaining unaffiliated with any single lineage. At the center of this work is ayahuasca held as a sacrament, a vehicle through which sincere seekers may encounter Source directly, beyond the story of separation.
Brad guides ceremonies and leads the spiritual direction of Inekawa with one intention: to create the conditions in which genuine awakening and transformation become possible. For those who arrive broken, searching, or simply aware that there is more, he offers what was once given to him.
Kala Hall
Co-Founder | Lead Facilitator
Kala is a Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator at Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center, where she supports participants through ayahuasca ceremonies and individual spiritual work.
Her path to this work began in early 2021 when a deep inner calling brought her to ayahuasca for the first time. What followed was her own sustained process of transformation, moving through past sexual trauma and abuse into wholeness. Through ayahuasca, Kala was led into a deeper relationship with the Divine and into practices of embodiment, yoga, and somatic awareness that continue to shape her path today. These practices became a way of integrating and living the truth that Source is present within the body, breath, relationship, and direct experience itself.
Kala has facilitated alongside Brad in over 200 ayahuasca ceremonies, supporting participants through deeply personal processes and integration. Her work carries a particular sensitivity toward those navigating the relationship between spirituality and the body, especially individuals for whom safety, trust, or connection has felt difficult to access.
